Attending and Checking In to Classes

Learn how to reserve a class and check in with a QR code

Reserve a Class

Find Events

Locate events in your program or activities

  • Open "Schedule" from the navigation to see upcoming classes
  • Or visit "Program Overview" to see the program schedule
  • Check if registration is required

Reserve in Advance

Reserve your attendance from the class details

  • Select "Reserve" in the class details
  • Review the confirmation and select "Confirm"
  • After reservation, the "Cancel Reservation" action is shown

QR Code Check-in

Check In with Your Phone Camera

  1. Confirm that you reserved the class
  2. On the class date, scan the QR code displayed or shared by the provider with your phone's standard camera
  3. Open the ONGEVIT check-in page shown by your camera
  4. Review the class details and select "Check In to Event"
  5. When the completion screen appears, your attendance is recorded and related program requirements are updated
