Step-by-Step Process
Find a Program
Browse available programs on the Discover page
- Click "Discover Programs" in the sidebar
- Browse available programs
- Read program descriptions
Request to Join
Submit your request to join the program
- Click "Request to Join" button
- Your request is sent to administrators
- Button changes to "Request Pending"
Wait for Approval
Program administrators will review your request
- Requests reviewed within 1-2 business days
- You'll receive a notification when processed
- Approved requests appear in "My Programs"
Understanding Request Status
Pending — Your request is waiting for administrator review
Approved — Congratulations! You can now access the program
Rejected — Your request was not approved. You can request again
