Start a program by purchasing access or sending a participation request
Step-by-Step Process
Find a Program
Browse available programs in Discover Programs
- Open "Discover Programs" from the navigation
- Browse available programs
- Select a program and review its content and participation requirements
Choose How to Join
Use the purchase or request option shown for the program
- If plans are available, choose "Start Learning" or "Subscribe"
- If you already paid, choose "Already paid? Request access"
- After sending a request, "Request pending" is displayed
Start the Program
Access the program after purchase or request approval
- Purchased programs appear in "Program Overview" when access is ready
- Request review time varies by program provider
- You will receive a notification when a request is processed, and approved programs can be opened from "Program Overview"
Request Status
Request pending — Your participation request is waiting for review by the program provider
Request Approved — You can now access the program
Request Rejected — Your request was not approved. You can request again
